COMPLETE CARE
Intensive Wrap-Around Services are readily available to program participants. These services are provided through solid collaborative efforts between Case Managers at Resilience and Community Partners. These partnerships include but are not limited to: mental health providers, the Department of Human Services, Social Security Offices (SOAR Certified Case Managers), local clinics, public libraries, housing authorities, career fairs, transportation assistance, food pantries, and supportive entities.
The Resilience Developmental Corporation periodically offers “Life Skill Sessions” as a continuation of its tools and resources that lead to managing a more productive life. The sessions include resources for communication skills, mental and lifestyle health, budgeting, and more. Case Managers conduct periodic Progress Assessments that encourage self-sufficiency and gauge the needs of each participant.
All of the Board Members, Staff Members, and Volunteers genuinely relish the opportunity to pair resources with people that would benefit. Creating a holistic, healthy, and growing community benefit everyone. RDC and its partners look forward to the opportunity to make our community better, one small step at a time.
